Event Details:

Cody will go over the different equipment and ways to brew your own beer and will end the day by brewing ten gallons of beer.   Since brewing takes anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, this talk and demonstration will be an all day event.

It takes about two weeks for the first stage of fermentation to complete, so bottling and kegging will happen at the Black Lodge on November 18th during the DC206 meeting.   The bottling and kegging process should only take about 45 minutes and shouldn’t interfere with the rest of the agenda for the meeting.  The filled kegs will stay at the lodge until empty.
